Field Safety Coordinator (Colima)

General Scope
The Field Safety Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a safe and compliant work environment by proactively identifying safety risks, monitoring field operations, and advocating for best practices in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and enforcing safety programs, policies, and regulatory requirements while fostering a strong safety culture among field personnel. The position requires frequent field visits, collaboration with leadership, and engagement in training and process improvement initiatives.
Key Expectations
Works in close collaboration with the Regional Manager, Product Line Operations Managers, and Corporate HSE Manager to ensure seamless support and alignment across operations.
Actively engage with field and shop personnel to assess and mitigate safety, health, and environmental risks.
