Field Sales Associate

Qualifications:
- Male or Female, at least High School Graduate
- With Experience in Sales or Customer Service (Preferably in a Service Oriented Industry)
- Confident, outgoing, and willing to learn
- Goal-oriented and motivated to earn incentives
- Presentable and professional looking
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to relocate or commute in Diliman, Quezon City (Accepting applicants from provinces)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and acquire private company and HMO accounts
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and reports
- Monitor and manage client accounts; ensure client satisfaction
- Expand market share by closing new deals and retaining existing clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery and project execution
