Job Description:

• Acquire customers through on-ground field sales activities
• Pitch and sell insurance products based on customer needs
• Do regular follow-ups and close sales
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain basic customer and sales records

Eligibility:

• 1+ year experience in Field Sales
• (Insurance / Banking / Loans / Credit Cards / CASA preferred)
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory
• Comfortable with target-based field role
