Job Description

We're Hiring: Field Sales Manager!
The Field Sales Manager is responsible for leading a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting short and long-term field sales strategies to ensure profitable sales growth that meet targets. 
Accountablefor achieving revenue growth targets, market share objectives, and team KPIs including coverage, call frequency, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands and maintains the company customer base, thus ensuring a strong presence in the market.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities: 
Work with the market Sales LT to develop a positive professional, collaborative culture.
Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to align strategies and deliver seamless customer experiences.
