Field Sales Officer

Charliesam Cabling Solutions, Inc. is looking for a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Officer (FSO) to generate new sales, expand our customer base, and consistently achieve assigned sales targets through direct field selling activities.

The FSO will also lead and manage a team of 11 Sales Agents, ensuring alignment with company goals and successful execution of sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales and expand customer base through field selling
• Prospect, engage, and convert potential clients
• Lead, coach, and monitor a team of 11 Sales Agents
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Participate in company activities such as:
• Booth set-ups
• Sales events
• CCSI-initiated projects and undertakings
