Field Sales Representative – Law Firm

About the Role
We are an established law firm expanding our presence in Peru. We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Field Sales Representative to develop strategic referral partnerships in the local market.

This is an intensive, high-impact role that requires daily in-person visits to service providers and professionals within assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities
Visit 5–10 service providers daily (funeral homes, mortuaries, doctors, real estate agents, attorneys, casket makers, and related professionals).
Present our legal services and explain partnership opportunities.
Build and maintain strong referral relationships.
Schedule appointments between potential partners and our attorneys.
Track visits, contacts, and follow-ups in an organized manner.
Work directly with firm leadership, attorneys, and backend team.
