Field Sales Representative (NCR)

Responsibilities

• Guiding and leading the team to achieve and exceed expectations in the monthly target commitments set by the management.
• Oversee operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and nurture a positive working environment and relationship with the team.
• Contributes information, strategies, and market trends during sales meetings that are beneficial to the sales growth of the company.
• Complies with all the Policies and Procedures of Wurth Philippines Inc./Wurth Group.
• Ensures that all known company’s known information is kept confidential.
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
