Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth for our premium HPL (High-Pressure Laminate) product line within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional who can cultivate relationships with furniture manufacturers (fabricators), and contractors to secure specifications and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and visiting job sites, furniture workshops
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders-project site personnel, fabricators, to become their preferred supplier.
• Product Presentation & Sampling: Actively present, demonstrate, and provide HPL product samples to clients, highlighting unique features like durability, design variety, and technical specifications.
