Field Sales Specialist

We are seeking for a motivated and result driven Field Sales Specialist to join Home Pro Construction Supplies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and establishing strong relationships with owners and contractors on-site, and position Home Pro as the premier choice for their tiling and finishing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach property owners, project managers, and contractors on-site to introduce Home Pro's tile collections and services.
• Relationship Management -Build and maintain a network of contractors, architects, and site foremen to receive early leads on upcoming projects.
• Maintain an organized log of visited sites, follow up on quotations, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Assess the specific tiling needs of a project and provide expert recommendations on styles, materials, and technical specifications.
