Job Summary:
A Field Sales Supervisor leads a team of sales reps in the field, focusing on driving revenue by setting strategies, training/coaching the team, monitoring performance, managing territory, building customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets and company goals are met through effective execution of sales plans and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team performance and sales metrics.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions.
