Your role: 

Customer installation and training: 

Lead instrument installations, including electromechanical configuration, system calibration, and customer integration for environmental analyzers, gas chromatography equipment, etc.
Technical training: 

Provide application-focused training to ensure customers master workflows, both in instrument use and chemistry applications.
Service and maintenance: 

Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on site or in the workshop on laboratory equipment, including, but not limited to, gas chromatography equi...
