Field Service Coordinator, Thailand

Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Field Service Coordinator to serve as a vital hub for our Thailand operations. In this role, you will ensure the seamless coordination and scheduling of all field service activities. By managing service requests, logistics, documentation, and cross-departmental communication, you will directly contribute to exceptional customer satisfaction and the operational excellence of our service team.



Key Responsibilities:



· Service Dispatch & Coordination: Receive service requests from the commercial team and efficiently schedule, dispatch, and coordinate tasks (Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Installation, Inspection) for Field Service Engineers.



· End-to-End Job Tracking: Log, monitor, and follow up on the status of all field service jobs (repairs, PM, installations) to ensure on-time completion and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
