Job Description

**Who will you be working with?**

The Field Service Director will manage the overall fleet performance and the Services Account management, in partnership with the Reliability Engineers, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, FPM, finance and commercial teams to support the business growth/sustainability and any service/reliability-related topics, warranty claims, FMI execution, and inventory evaluation to support the fleet and our sales plan.

The Service Leader in an MSA account will directly manage Field Engineers (TAs) Operations, Quality & Continuous improvement, fleet performance and material management teams.
