Play a vital hands on role contributing and achieving the companies and service departments set objectives within our everyday business. Grow the service contract base within Italy while also supporting our existing contract base.



+ To achieve monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets for region.

+ Responsible for diagnosing and analyzing causes of product failures and making recommendations for improvement.

+ Support for agents and distributors

+ Responsible for raising CDR’s(Customer Discrepancy Reports) on product failures and customer complaints.

+ Identify and pass on sales/synergy leads.

+ Work with and strengthen relationships with other Honeywell organizations

+ Responsible for completing scheduled and unscheduled Field Service.

+ Performing service & repairs to Honeywell and other manufacturers fixed and portable products.
