Field Service Engineer 2

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Maintenance work for industrial valves used in factories, etc.
+ Keep collecting or dive into hidden customer's needs related to after service.
+ Deliver the quotation to the customer.
+ Preparing report for individual maintenance cases.

+ **Understand product technically and facilitate customer promptly.**
+ Keep improving productivity and optimizing process for maintenance and keep leadtime .

**For This Role, You Will Need:**

+ Those who are interested in maintenance work related to valves/pumps/machines hydraulic equipment/ instrumentation.
+ Those who have experience in equipment maintenance work.
+ Business Japanese level, reading writing listening and speaking

**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**

+ Those who have qualification or knowledge for machine operation technology (Crane operation, forklift operation, slinging, ...
