Job Description

                    Role Summary  Support the process and application aspects of semiconductor equipment at customer sites across Singapore and the region 
Customer-facing role requiring a strong technical mindset, clear communication, and hands‑on problem‑solving ability 
Contribute to both customer satisfaction and the company's operational performance goals 
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business units to deliver end‑to‑end technical solutions 
 Key Duties  Attend weekly team meetings and deliver technical presentations 
Generate clear, accurate technical reports and documentation 
Support on‑site installations, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and overall tool performance improvement 
Act as the technical liaison between customers and business units to ensure requirements are met
