This is a field-based role across Finland and occasionally in other Nordic countries.



**What You’ll Do**



+ Install and implement new molecular diagnostic systems at customer sites.

+ Perform preventive maintenance, hardware/software upgrades, and repairs.

+ Troubleshoot technical issues by phone and on-site, ensuring timely resolution.

+ Provide hands-on support and training for software and hardware upgrades.

+ Collaborate closely with Application Support Specialists and Commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
