This is a field-based role across Finland and occasionally in other Nordic countries.

What You’ll Do

Install and implement new molecular diagnostic systems at customer sites.

Perform preventive maintenance, hardware/software upgrades, and repairs.

Troubleshoot technical issues by phone and on-site, ensuring timely resolution.

Provide hands-on support and training for software and hardware upgrades.

Collaborate closely with Application Support Specialists and Commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Manage your own tools and spare parts inventory according to Abbott standards.
