This is a field‑based role across Finland and occasionally in other Nordic countries.

What You’ll Do

• Install and implement new molecular diagnostic systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, hardware/software upgrades, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues by phone and on-site, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide hands‑on support and training for software and hardware upgrades.
• Collaborate closely with Application Support Specialists and Commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage your own tools and spare parts inventory according to Abbott standards. ...
