Field Service Engineer

Our client is looking for a Field Service Engineer to be part of the teams in supporting and keeping TETRA systems up and running smoothly 24/7. The Engineer should have broad technical skills and a working background in basic troubleshooting.

Job description:

• Assists with the installation of new or upgraded network hardware and software
• Installs, configures and maintains IT infrastructure
• Troubleshoot problems on the Communications Network (Vehicles and Vessels)
• Installs, configures and maintains TETRA infrastructure.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Engineering (IT/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Min. 2 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
• Technical knowledge of installation and support to customers
• Have Class 3 Driving License
• Willing to do after office hour standby
