Responsibilities / Tasks

• Execute in the field
• Planned Electrical maintenance.
• Unplanned Electrical Maintenance.
• Corrective Electrical Repairs.
• Electrical Up Grades
• Emergency repairs.
• Supervise Installations GEA SFT Equipment.
• Support Commissioning GEA SFT Equipment.
• Do customer trainings.
• Manage Automation providers
• First contact with Germany about Software and hardware related equipment. Collaborate or manage claims related Software and hardware.
• Support Service Sales with specific Technical questions related to GEA SFT equipment.
• Identify Customer needs.
• Offer and Execute Modernization, retrofits and / or upgrades available.
• Execute plant optimization.
• Execute the respective document closure for each activity related to field service, auto copy reports, final digital reports.
