Field Service Engineer (Aviation Services – Aircraft engines) - MRO

Serve as the primary technical liaison between the company and assigned airline customers. Provide expert on‑site technical guidance, resolve urgent Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations, and analyze reliability trends to maximize fleet availability and customer satisfaction.

• Customer Technical Support: Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for assigned regional airlines.
• AOG & Emergency Response: Provide rapid, decisive troubleshooting support during critical fleet disruptions and AOG events.
• Entry into Service (EIS): Collaborate with commercial teams to prepare customers for new product introductions and smooth ongoing operations.
