We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer / After Sales Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and customer support of our industrial cleaning systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
What you'll do?
Support the project team during machine installation, setup, and commissioning.
Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance services.
Train customers in safe operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting skills.
Prepare service reports and recommend improvement processes.
