Job Description 
Respond to service calls for Rentals/OP Accounts within 2 hours 
Monitor machine performance and resolve issues within 24 hours 
Visit assigned accounts monthly to check machine performance and ensure customer satisfaction 
Assess and recommend machine replacements or upgrades based on usage or machine life 
Perform other tasks as assigned by management 
Qualifications: 
Preferably a graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or IT-related courses
