As a Field Service Engineer , you'll play a key role in ensuring our cutting-edge molecular instruments operate at their best for healthcare providers and patients. This is a field-based role across Finland and occasionally in other Nordic countries.

What You'll Do

• Install and implement new molecular diagnostic systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, hardware/software upgrades, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues by phone and on-site, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide hands-on support and training for software and hardware upgrades.
• Collaborate closely with Application Support Specialists and Commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
