Job overview and responsibility
A Field Service Engineer, supporting our packaging material on Tetra Pak filling machines across the ASEAN region.
Provide on-site technical service and troubleshooting support for Tetra Pak filling lines.
Ensure smooth performance of packaging material on machines and resolve any issues related to efficiency, quality, or compatibility.
Conduct machine parameter adjustments, tests, and performance follow-up.
Support customers with preventive maintenance, training, and improvement initiatives.
Work closely with the packaging material and technical teams to secure customer satisfaction.
