Field Service Engineer - HVAC

This position focuses on supporting building performance through HVAC, security, and building‑automation systems, using connected services, data analytics, and engineering tools. The role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, configuring software/hardware, and ensuring smooth installation and acceptance of service jobs. A technical foundation and the ability to work across IT, networking, and building‑control environments are essential.

Role can be based also in Emilia Romagna.

+ Deliver proactive and measurable outcomes for our customers with a focus on occupant comfort, energy consumption and building-asset performance utilizing Connected Service technologies and EBI too
+ Prepare engineering drawings and application projects specifically for Service Jobs (i.e. SLJ’s)
+ Determine equipment and accessory needs for implementation and inform FSL or FSS in time
