Job Overview

Perform service interventions in line with product requirements efficiently, ensuring VTS growth targets and customer satisfaction within VTS structure and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive preventive maintenance and daily breakdown schedules; verify spare parts availability with planner and sales engineer.
• Complete service at customer site following procedures and manuals.
• Consult technical support for complex procedures.
• Create service reports post‑job.
• Maintain brand dignity across multi‑brand products.

Service Efficiency
