Field Service Engineer II

Represents the company worldwide at customer locations in a technical product support role. Responsible for customer’s satisfaction with performance of equipment, modifications and upgrades to existing equipment, including repair, maintenance, training and servicing. Performs intermediate on‑site machine engineering and customer support activities involving the installation, modification, servicing and repair of equipment.

• This position supports customer sites in Aguascalientes, Mexico, however, the job requires domestic and international travel up to 50%. Conduct on‑site installation and repair of semiconductor test equipment on location at customer locations worldwide.
