Your day involves commissioning, maintaining, and starting up instrumentation and control (I&C) equipment for gas and steam turbines as a Field Service Engineer – I&C at Siemens Energy. You ensure reliable operation and optimization of power plant control systems while supporting customers both on-site and remotely.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Commission I&C components such as automation processors, sensors, and drives for Gas & Steam Turbines.
• Perform interlock checks, optimize control circuits, and commission I&C systems according to logic diagrams.
• Implement software and hardware modifications or revisions for controls and instrumentation as per engineering guidelines.
• Calibrate and commission hydraulic control valves and inlet guide vanes for optimal performance.
