Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their EMEA Service Technical Support team. This role is primarily field-based across Ireland and is responsible for installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support of medical devices at customer sites. The position requires a high level of autonomy, strong customer engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Perform field repairs, preventive maintenance, and service actions in line with approved procedures.
Schedule and coordinate customer site visits.
Manage spare parts inventory and forecasting.
Complete accurate service documentation and system updates (DSOR/OSC).
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
Deliver device service training where required.
Support service process improvements and quality compliance initiatives.
