Job Description

Field Service EngineerYour responsibilitiesInstalling and servicing solutions of machines, equipment, and other electronic control systems at the company's customers and clients in Poland and abroad
Organizing of pre-installation according to the agreements
Supervision installation on the spot and leading whole project with team
Performing all operational tests, inspections, replacements, updates, reinstallations of defective hardware or software and retesting operational capability
Troubleshot and diagnosed issues and malfunctions from electric, software to pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues of equipment
Coordination and troubleshooting with contractors for timely completion of project
Reporting, regular communication and feedback with customer
Providing technical support to our clients and technical documentation to implement company’s products and services
