Position Title: Assistant Field Service Engineer

Basic Functions

• Handle and investigate customer complaints and product issues.
• Provide after-sales technical support and on-site service to end users and distributors.
• Review and support processing of warranty claims from distributors.
• Offer standby and 24/7 emergency customer support.

Specific Responsibilities

• Deliver installation, commissioning, and on-site training as per project scope.
• Ensure prompt troubleshooting and technical support to keep systems operational.
• Support various diesel generator sets (small to large capacity) for service and training.
• Maintain updated and organized technical and training documents.
