We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Field Service Engineer to join our growing team Reporting to the Service Manager, LatAm, the Field Service Engineer, LatAm will be home based in Tijuana, Mexico.

What you will do:

• Perform on-site product installations, upgrades and on-going service support and maintenance in assigned territory.
• Utilize proven troubleshooting processes to diagnose and resolve technical issues electro-mechanical aesthetic and robotic aesthetic systems.
• Manage service call scheduling, parts inventory and administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Manage customer relationship, written documentation of service activities, and effective interaction and communication with internal technical support personnel, manufacturing, and sales.
