Job Description

Title: Field Service Engineer, LatAm   
Reports to: Service Manager, LatAm  
Location: Guadalajara, Mexico  

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Field Service Engineer  to join our growing team! Reporting to the Service Manager, LatAm , the Field Service Engineer, LatAm  will be home based in Guadalajara, Mexico . 

What you will do:  
Perform on-site product installations, upgrades and on-going service support and maintenance in assigned territory. 
Utilize proven troubleshooting processes to diagnose and resolve technical issues electro-mechanical aesthetic and robotic aesthetic systems. 
Manage service call scheduling, parts inventory and administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision.
