Responsibilities:
We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to deliver high-quality technical support and field service for our analytical instruments. This position plays a critical role in ensuring instrument performance, customer satisfaction, and the identification of commercial opportunities through proactive service engagement.
Provide technical support to customers via phone and email.
Perform on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs of instruments.
Evaluate malfunctioning instruments and prepare cost estimates for repairs.
Conduct factory calibrations to ensure instruments meet performance standards.
Deliver on-site customer training on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
