Company Overview
A German manufacturer specializing in measuring, control, inspection, and sorting systems for industrial production is now seeking for Field Service Engineer. This role involves installs, services, repairs, and supports measurement and control equipment while providing training, reporting, and customer care.
Job Responsibilities
Install, repair, calibrate, and service measuring and control equipment at customer sites.
Provide technical support, customer training, and after‑sales assistance.
Prepare service reports and quotes after completing tasks.
Have strong technical background (electrical engineering/mechatronics), with bonus skills in PLCs, fieldbus systems, and good computer literacy.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering ((electrical engineering/mechatronics).
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to travel within Southeast Asia region.
