• Diagnose system issues through electrical testing and Vix software monitoring tools.
• Resolve hardware faults on vehicles and on‑street equipment swiftly and efficiently.
• Maintain effective communication with customers regarding maintenance and fault resolution.
• Drive improvements in KPI performance.
