Field Service Engineer

Position Summary

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing high quality customer support through on-site services as well as leading product commissioning, maintenance, repairing and training. He/she will be supporting customers through the service team and directly on the hotline or email. This is a permanent full-time role with frequent inter-state and occasional overseas travel.

Key responsibilities:

· Service management, process optimization, service offers and proposals

· Service partner management, including contracting, work evaluation, etc.

· Conduct service sales work to meet the yearly target (Optional)

· Oversee the field service operation from pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance work, fault diagnosis and repairs.
