Position Summary:

Wayzim is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Mexico City, Mexico. The primary role of the Field Service Engineer is responsible for the preparation, execution and reporting of installation and maintenance activities, and for solving all level errors within the systems provided to customers by Wayzim, also involved in after-sales opportunity creation activities.

Key Responsibilities including:

1.Perform Installation, repair and maintain the products and system equipment at customer site.

2.Troubleshoot all level problems on site or remotely and provide root cause analysis.

3.Perform in-house repairs.

4.Perform any field service and create oriented sales opportunities and maintain a confident customer relationship for the company.
