The Field Service Engineer is a technical position responsible for providing on-site engineering support for crushing and grinding products throughout Mexico. The role focuses on inspections, installations, performance monitoring, and technical analysis of wear parts in industrial operations.

The position acts as a technical liaison between customers, sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams. The engineer collects and analyzes field data, validates product performance, supports reverse engineering initiatives, and contributes to the continuous improvement of product designs and service practices.
