* Improve Customer Service experience through facilitating value-added engineering services

* Coordinate Operational Performance Excellence (OPE) re safety, maintenance, environmental machine efficiency

* Provide coaching and support to customer personnel

* Develop and execute short- and long-term plans for customer accounts / OPE

* Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information

* Contribute to strategy development and provide advice to the business on engineering / maintenance issues
