As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the professional installation, maintenance, and customer education regarding Philips Healthcare equipment, with a focus on hospital patient monitoring systems. You will primarily operate with main focus on East Denmark, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal system performance at hospital sites, with occasional travel throughout Denmark and to neighboring Nordic countries.
Your Role:
Execute service activities, including regular preventative maintenance, emergency service, fault finding, upgrades, and installations in accordance with Philips' quality standards.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of service records, paying particular attention to test and inspection results.
