Field Service Engineer *PC 9  
Customer Service / Support - Cambridge  
Your Role: 
As a Field Service Engineer (FSE), you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers in the field. Your primary duties will include installing, maintaining, and repairing basic and intermediate Miltenyi equipment, as well as troubleshooting technical issues to ensure optimal performance. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, a team mentality and a customer-focused approach. You will receive comprehensive training and work under the supervision of experienced engineers. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
Assist in the installation and setup of Miltenyi equipment and systems at customer sites, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
