Responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site services such as installation, planning, site inspection, and system deployment.
• Troubleshoot, resolve problems, and perform repairs and fixes.
• Perform system upgrades and engineering changes.
• Conduct calibrations and preventive maintenance.
• Provide customer training sessions.
• Trigger alert processes appropriately to prevent excessive customer anxiety.
• Communicate proactively with customers, negotiating alternative solutions and tracking activities until problem resolution.
