Purpose of the function



You develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance, support, training, and communication program between Ranpak and our (direct) customers, distributors, and 3PSPs. The primary goal of this program is to ensure the optimal condition of Ranpak equipment to prevent any business loss caused by technical issues with this equipment. As a Field Service Engineer, you are Ranpak's ambassador at customer sites.



Your duties include performing installations, conducting service, and maintaining machines. You must be willing to travel extensively (80%) within Europe.
