Supporting the One Hitachi Initiative, executing services or technical activities on site based on technical standards and customer requirements to deliver equipment, parts and services to full customer satisfaction.

How you’ll make an impact

• Execute the technical and/or administrative activities and organize the resources on site for the execution of the scope of the service included in the contract.
• Elaborate the technical analysis to identify the needs and offer solutions to the customer through the Proposals / Sales department.
• Prepare the technical reports of the services performed in order to notify the conditions in which the intervened equipment is delivered.
• Attend certification courses associated with your career plan in order to contribute to the growth of the business.
