Field Service Engineer

Working Hours: Monday to Friday @ 8.30am to 5.50pm

Working Location: Commonwealth

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of water analyzers on-site and in-house.
• Repair and calibrate water analyzer equipment as required.
• Prepare and manage service-related documentation (quotations, service reports, calibration certificates).
• Provide technical support to customers via email and phone.
• Manage and track service spare parts, tools, and inventory.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of service activities.
• Support Sales and Marketing teams with equipment trials, demonstrations, and exhibitions.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and deliver high service standards

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics/Mechanical or relevant
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
