Field Service Engineer

The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to customers. This include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting to support our customer. This role is a full-time position and based in Singapore.

• Commissioning, maintainance & servicing a wide range of Life Sciences equipments
• Conduct routine maintenance & repairs on Life Sciences equipments
• Diagnose technical problems, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs at customer sites
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide service quotations, detailing the scope of work, parts required, and costs.
• Maintain detailed service records of service activities, parts used, & instrument records
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone/email, or on-site visits.
