Field Service Engineer

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Field Service Engineers to join a global leader in the semiconductor industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, calibration, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of our client’s equipment. This role will be located at customer site in Sugarland, TX.

Responsibilities:

Represent Company in dealings with a single customer to achieve high customer satisfaction with equipment and prepare reports to the customer in operational status project meetings and weekly activities.
Perform activities during installation, upgrade, testing, warranty, and repair of equipment, following up all customers and clients’ protocols related to safety and security
Isolate and resolve equipment and systems malfunctions and take corrective action
Assist with the implementation of new processes, methods, and designs
